This site has no copyright, but
plagarizm is still illegal and we can charge you. All material either made by Nintendo of America or Nintendo Freaks Staff.
This site is not sponsered or endorsed by Nintendo Co. Ltd. or any other subsidaries herein of Nintendo. This is an unofficial site.
In our opinion, unofficial sources have more info than official sites when it comes to video games, such as IGN. This is our believement, and is not relavent to this document.
If any of the material is not taken without the consent of the webmaster or staff is illegal and will be subject to punishment.
Summary: Don't copy any of this material or you can be sued and sent to jail unless you don't clean up your act.

With sending any letters or addresses to us...
Letters don't become the property of us nor anyone else. When sent to us, you get full rights to it and you can send it somewhere else. In the event
where the letter is mostly vulgar or embarrassing to other webmasters, it will become exclusive property of us as to not have any sites be embarrassed by your letter.
Gifts submitted, donated prizes, or donated currency nust be sent through indication as through e-mail first. Send me the picture of the package through e-mail and I will consider. If you do not have a scanner, please get one. Submissions that are for us we will have 1/2 rights to your property unless otherwised noted.
In contests, adresses must be submitted in the event of being notified of winning. We will not make your adress public and only the staff member who is sending you the prize will know. This way, you know you will be safe during the contest.
If any staff member is caught breaking these rules will be fired immidiately until formal apology is sent. A second offense will make you be expelled of your privelleges of being a member. These rules are subject to change, but not often.
Staff members or anyone in private staff chats SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES POST A SECRET STAFF IM CONVERSATION. THESE DISCUSSIONS ARE MEANT TO BE PRIVATE TO TALK ABOUT WHAT WE PLAN FOR THE SITE. IF THERE IS A GAME OR ANYTHING NOT PRIVATE YOU WANT TO POST PLEASE OMIT ANY MENTION ABOUT FUTURE PLANS OF NF. DO NOT POST THEM IN A NEWSLETTER, INDIVIDUAL SITES, THIS SITE, SUBSIDARIES OF OUR SITE, OR ANY SITE. WE LIKE TO KEEP THE SURPRISE ELEMENT AND IF YOU BREAK THESE RULES, YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US SHALL BE IMMIDIATELY TERMINATED AND THE PASSWORD TO THE SITE WILL BE CHANGED. DO NOT POST SECRET STAFF IM CONVERSATIONS. ALSO, DO NOT LEAK INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. ONLY STAFF OF NF AND THEIR FAMILIES CAN KNOW PLANS. YOUR FRIENDS CAN'T.

If a "site" copies stuff from "www.nintendofreaks.com" the offender must remove the offending site in 14 days (two weeks) or be liable to all legal actions that may be pressed against him. "Nintendo Freaks" is not responsible for any damage to your system whatsoever by coming here. Posting something on the chat/message boards defaming yourself MAY NOT BE deleted from them because we at Nintendo Freaks Headquarters, Inc. are not responsible for these defamations. Use these at your own risk. "www.nintendofreaks.com" is the home base of "Nintendo Freaks" and is a copyrighted site just being on the internet. All staff members accepted on queue must agree to this sacred oath. If they break the oath, they're out of the site. If they don't agree to the oath, they're removed from the queue:
